How To Find Out If This Charger Is Suitable For Your Device？

1) Determine whether it is a lithium battery? (This charger are used for lithium batteries only)

2) Check whether the required parameters are consistent, it is very important! (This charger are used for 48V 13S lithium batteries only)

3) Check which interface your device has? (this charger set includes multiple plug options such as: 5.5×2.1mm DC, 5.5×2.5mm DC, 8mm RCA, 9mm aviation plug, 12mm aviation plug, 23*16mm IEC Plug.)

THE CHARGER DOES NOT WORK FOR POSSIBLE REASONS：

1.If you plugged in, the green light is on but not turn into red, it is possible that the device is not successfully connected. Please confirm that the device is fully plugged in.

2.If there was a green light when the power was plugged in. After connecting the your scooter, the light went out, it is because the internal short circuit of your device, which causes the charger self-protection function. You'd better check your device battery first.

3. If your device has been use or store for many month, Due to the limited life of lithium batteries, Your battery is broken. Please replace the battery first.

4.The charger is not suitable for your device. Our charger for 48V ONLY, NOT FOR 24V 25.2V 25.6V 25.9V, 42V/36V batteries or other.
